We took this tour in late 2019. The overall experience was very enjoyable. Accommodations and food were satisfactory but as expected were budget level. Our driver, Albert, was young but knowledgeable. Our safari started out with 7 people who had booked through 4 different agencies and had safaris of varying lengths. Consequently people in the group were changed during the course of the safari. All the people in our group were very friendly and we got along well in spite of the fact we came from 4 different continents/countries. My wife and I were fortunate to keep the same driver and van throughout the safari. But by the end of the safari were the only 2 left in our van which allowed us much more flexibility on our last day. I would recommend this safari for those on a budget.
