Day 01: Pick up at the airport hotel and drive to Maasai Mara Reserve

You will be picked at the airport or your hotel of stay in Nairobi and commence drive to Maasai Mara. Have a stopover at the great Rift Valley view point where you will have a breathtaking view of the floor of the Rift Valley.  Arrive for check in and hot lunch at Ashnil Mara Camp. After lunch, embark on afternoon game drive in the reserve in search of the big 5. Thereafter, return to the camp at dusk for a private BBQ dinner by the poolside. Overnight stay will be at Ashnil Mara Camp.

Day 02: Full day will be spent exploring Maasai Mara Reserve

Celebrate your early morning safari with a full breakfast laid out along the banks of the magnificent Mara River in full view of the hippos. Spend the whole day looking for the big five and we are hopeful you will see almost all if not all of the big five among many animals. This is the day you also visit the Mara River from where we hope you will have a chance to witness the great wildebeest migration as it happens. Complement your afternoon game drive with a sundowner cocktail - relax with a drink in hand as you overlook the stunning Mara landscape, watching the golden hues of sunset transform the sky. Thereafter, you will return to the camp for dinner and overnight stay at Ashnil Mara Camp.

Day 03: Balloon Safari and afternoon game drive

This day begins with an early morning hot air balloon safari over the Maasai Mara at dawn. As the sun rises, you’ll drift above the savannah, offering a bird’s-eye view of the dramatic landscape below, with herds of wildebeest, zebras and other wildlife dotting the plains. The serene flight provides fantastic photo opportunities and a unique perspective of the migration. Upon landing, indulge in a delightful bush champagne breakfast amidst the wilderness, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the Mara. Afterward, enjoy a leisurely afternoon game drive, spotting more wildlife and perhaps some river crossings at the Mara river. Thereafter you will return to the camp at dusk for dinner and overnight stay at Ashnil Mara Camp

Day 04: Drive to Nairobi

After breakfast check out and drive back to Nairobi, reflecting on the incredible memories made over the past few days.  Upon arrival you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home or hotel of stay in Nairobi.
